How can I become an IB learner?

I can become a IB learner by using my natural traits. Like me I am a thinker. When a problem arises in one of my Lego sets,I try to look for any matching places on the set and try to use that as an example to correct the problem.I am also a inquirer, am principled, reflective upon myself, and a balanced individual. However, I'm not very open minded. I tend to look slightly down on other religions such as Muslims. The only reason I do is because they kill innocent people "in the name of God". The people themselves are fine its just their beliefs I don't like. Recently, I've been trying to be more caring about other people's cultures and beliefs.Im not much of a risk taker either. when a group project comes up and we have to present a poster board or something Im the one who holds it up. But, if nobody else in the group wants to get their hands dirty, I will  present our work. If i have no choice, I will take the spotlight although i try to avoid it. All my teachers say I have good presentation skills. That is one spotlight I don't mind.
